What started as Thriftwood Holdings Ltd in 2001, a financial vehicle designed to align the KH group of businesses, has seen significant growth & success through strategic acquisition and focus on maximising business synergies.

Following the sale of KH Engineering Services in 2019, Thriftwood Holdings was demerged from the group to allow the businesses and investments to be realigned to a new financial vehicle that became Hollings & Worth Holdings. 

Hollings & Worth Holdings has since continued to develop it's network of investment partners. We make transformational investments in companies that have the potential to do great things. Our dedicated team is made up of partners who are looking to work with hard-working, visionary companies / individuals.
